I, the undersigned, hereby grant to Interior Designers Institute of British Columbia (“IDIBC”), for good and valuable consideration, non-exclusive, non-assignable, limited permission to use, adapt, modify, reproduce, exhibit, disseminate, and publicly display, the Materials described above, or any parts thereof, in any form (including, without limitation, print and electronic media) , throughout the world, in commercial, informational, educational, advertising, or promotional material relating to IDIBC (“the Works”). I waive in favour of IDIBC the moral rights in the Materials including any right to inspect or to approve any Works that may be created using the Materials and waive any claim with respect to the eventual use to which the Materials may be applied. I warrant and represent that I possess all rights to the Materials necessary for the grant of this licence, and will indemnify and hold IDIBC, its successors, licensees, and assigns, harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities , costs and expenses arising out of a breach of the foregoing warranty.
